The Founder
What began in 1992 as a visionary idea by Julio Ortega in a garage in Lingen an der Ems has developed into a hidden champion of the electronics industry. Ortega combined innovative spirit with partnership-based entrepreneurship and shaped the values and pioneering character of btv technologies. Under his leadership, a unique logistics DNA was created: from “component distribution” to today's “bridging technology and value.”
Today, Maximilian Krane (CEO) and Sven Vogel (CFO) continue the pioneering spirit as shareholders together with a well-coordinated team. btv technologies is radically rethinking component logistics and revolutionizing the entire value chain: not optimizing individual processes, but genuine transformation through Supply Chain as a Service. With the industry-unique TAK model (transparency, agility, cost efficiency), companies receive uncompromising supply security, maximum flexibility, and liquidity advantages – without tying up capital and without compromises.

Maximilian Krane (CEO)
Pacesetter, rulebreaker, growth accelerator. Since 2023, Maximilian Krane has been driving pace, scale, and transformation as CEO and shareholder. With international sales experience from Avnet and Silicon Labs, he brings vision, market knowledge, and the courage to embrace radical change. He is responsible for production, sales, order and supply chain management, marketing, material planning, and purchasing—and lives disruption as an attitude: streamlining processes, opening up new markets, and enabling innovation.
Sven Vogel (CFO)
Securing figures, creating freedom. As CFO and shareholder, Sven Vogel has been managing the areas of finance, controlling, facility management, and HR since 2022. After holding positions at Continental and Audi, his precise business acumen led to sustainable structures and rapid decision-making capabilities. Vogel stands for speed and calculable innovation, turning figures into entrepreneurial progress.
Wieland Rose (CPO)
Improving quality, connecting processes. Part of btv's DNA since 1994, Wieland Rose, Chief Process Officer, shapes technology issues, quality management, ERP projects, and the Romanian plant. Digital process control, reliability, and practicality characterize his role as a bridge builder between innovation and everyday life.

BVB-Frauen
Progress is not a straight path – we’ve seen that first-hand with the BVB women’s team. For two years (2024–2026), we supported them on their journey from the Westfalenliga towards the 2. Bundesliga, under the motto ‘Together. Grow.’ In the end, they narrowly missed out on promotion, but that is precisely what genuine growth is all about: setbacks are also part of progress. We are grateful to have been part of this journey as a partner.
ASV Hamm
Under the motto ‘Building momentum’, we will be supporting ASV Hamm from summer 2026 as they compete in the 2nd Handball Bundesliga. The team has already secured direct promotion through their own efforts – a testament to their courage, team spirit and the determination to turn a setback into a source of renewed drive. This is precisely the attitude we share at btv technologies. Our staff benefit from exclusive events, team-building activities and direct interaction with the team.
