New managing partner

Maximilian Krane, who as CEO is responsible for Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Order Management and Marketing, returned to btv technologies at the beginning of 2023 after holding various positions in the industry, including at Avnet and Silicon Labs. He previously worked for the company as Key Account Manager from October 2011 to March 2015.

Sven Vogel, who has been CFO since 2022 and is responsible for Controlling, Finance & Accounting, Facility Management and Human Resources, brings valuable industry experience from his time at Continental and Audi. He joined btv technologies in 2018 as Controller and was promoted to CFO four years later.

Julio Ortega, founder of btv technologies, comments: “The promotion of Maximilian Krane and Sven Vogel to Managing Partners not only reflects their outstanding contributions and deep understanding of our business, but is also a clear commitment to our long-term vision and strategy. I am convinced that their leadership and commitment will lead the company into an even more successful future.”

Current shareholder structure

With the participation of Krane and Vogel, the number of shareholders at btv technologies increases to a total of four. In addition to btv holding gmbh, whose main shareholder is Julio Ortega, Mercedes-Benz AG has also recently become a shareholder of the company.

Strategic importance of enlargement

This expansion of the group of shareholders underlines btv technologies’ continuous growth and future-oriented focus and consolidates its position as a leading provider in the electronics industry.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the new investment.
